Three cars of packer bleachable fancy tallow (BFT) traded up 2.5 cents into/through the Chicago market this morning. The quick-ship market remains supported on tight, nearby availability for both renderer and packer, but July pricing is at risk to move lower. Today’s 6-3 decision by the Supreme Court to overturn the 10th Circuit Courts decision on Small Refinery Exemptions (SREs) has injected a bearish tone into the market.
