Late yesterday, 8 railcars of Edible Tallow traded higher at $0.6750 Chicago. Higher trades were also noted for 3 cars BFT Packer Chicago bais at 65¢ and 3 cars BFT Render Chicago Basis at 66¢. Most other trade noted for the day remained within the previously set ranges, though activity was called light to end the week.

For the week, animal fats and oils witnessed active demand along with limited availability at some locations leading to mixed to supported pricing in several regions. High temperatures and continued drought situations remain a leading factor for the Midwest and Western areas.
