Light activity and a mostly rangebound market was noted for the end of the week with softer undertones reported on the ruminant meat and bonemeal item from some participants.

The largest upward swing for the week was porcine bloodmeal (BM) Miss. River with persistent accounts of strong interest levels paired with limited to short availability. An average weekly increase of 5.1 percent was witnessed, showing a new weekly average of $1125/ST. On the downward trend, poultry-by-product pet food grade (PFG) was weaker by 3.1 percent. A drop of $23/ST was noted on the PFG Miss. River with buyer hesitancy noted and fully adequate offerings at some locations. A current weekly average of $715/ST is noted for the week.

Feathermeal Miss River also saw a modest 2.1 percent gain, increasing the weekly average from $485 to $495/ST. Soybean meal (SBM) saw a weaker call for the week, though…
