Trading was mostly quiet today with few changes reported. Tech tallow did trade higher in two cars on a Chicago basis. Distillers corn oil prices were quiet with a number of traders, buyers and sellers out of the office. Ethanol production continues to fall with the EIA estimating 933,000 barrels per day. The production estimate is the lowest since the week ending March 19^th, 2021. Distillers corn oil production is estimated by The Jacobsen at 8.85 million pounds per day, down 10 percent from the 2018/2019 average.
