RVO Release Appears Positive for Biomass-Based Diesel

The proposed volume standards for 2020, 2021, and 2022 are out.  Ethanol takes a hit but biomass-based diesel appears to come out better than expected.  Going back and changing the 2020 Final Rule will bring lawsuits, not to mention deviating from statute regarding the 2021 rumored numbers.
