International animal proteins had limited reports for the week, with some extending holidays from the start of May. Values were stagnant for the week on most items, with exception to meat and bonemeal AU as well as some small range adjustments. The Indonesia mbm spread was narrowed to $690-700/mt, while the AU del mbm value moved up on accounts of active interest. Pet grade to Southeast Asia was reported in a wider range from $1,020-$1,120/mt.

The MLA estimated Australian National harvest at 107,850 head for the week ending May 5th. This was up 9.5 percent, or 9,369 head, from last week and up 18.6 percent, or 16,883 head, from last year.
