Animal Proteins Stagnant at End of Week; Soymeal Unsettled

n a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of an Idaho landowner in the long-running Sackett vs. EPA case. This ruling opens up a larger examination for the EPA’s “overextension” on waterways based on the WOTUS definition of “Waters in the US” to include those on private land and farms. The court held that this definition was too broad, and limited EPA’s authority to only wetlands “with a continuous surface connection” to navigable waterways, as previously defined.
