Australian and New Zealand markets were quiet and steady this week as the month of June came to a close. Production remains robust in the Australian tallow market on strong slaughter levels. The MLA estimated Australian national slaughter was 123,953 head during the week ending June 25, up more than nine percent on the week and more than 24 percent on the year.
