Organic soybean imports remain under pressure, and there is little buying interest from crushers. Merchandisers tell Fastmarkets that bids for organic soybean meal are sliding, which is impacting the demand for both old and new crop organic soybeans. Some small volumes of organic soybeans are trading around $22 per bushel but there seems to be little activity. The most recent June import data shows that organic soybean imports are slowing relative to the prior marketing year.
