Lackluster Trade Leaves Values Dormant on Animal Proteins

Animal Protein pricing was at a standstill for Thursday with most indicating values within the previously set ranges. A low of $1200/st was reported on porcine bloodmeal, Mo. River, but could not be confirmed at press time. The bulk of trade was indicated at $1300-1375/st, as most participants communicated active demand and limited supply.

Values on poultry by-product pet grade have been reported in wide ranges on accounts of a have-have-not market, with the bulk landing within the current spread. Trade values above the range could not be confirmed at press time.
