As organic corn prices hover at the $10-mark, trading is light in both U.S. and European organic grain markets. Inventories are relatively flush, with plenty of organic corn in bins that owners are loath to sell at current pricing. Memories of $12/bushel corn are fresh for most operators, despite how novel and fleeting. Those that missed that boat are hopeful it returns to harbor before weevils eat into their profit.
