Soybean Crop Conditions Fall as Corn Holds Steady

Trading activity for corn gluten products was quiet today. Market participants indicated that prices for both corn gluten meal and feed remain steady with not much demand nearby.

CME grain prices were mixed today. Corn decreased by $0.0300, settling at $5.57/bu. Additionally, soybeans dropped, followed by quality ratings falling from the latest crop progress report, with a decrease of $0.0775, closing at $15.15/bu. Soymeal jumped to $453.80/st, increasing by $6.50, while wheat increased by $0.0275 to reach $7.60/bu.
