DCO Production at Multi-Year High

DCO Production at Multi-Year High

The market was again fairly quiet today. Buyers are watching the soybean oil market move lower and asking for lower prices, but tight nearby supplies continue to limit downward momentum and trade. Choice white grease did move higher out of the Eastern and Mo. River markets. Buyers have reformulated with palm oil in some markets, and when some additional supply returns to the market there will be downward price pressure. Still, tight supplies look to keep product limited for the short term.

UCO bids were indicated lower today on softer soybean oil prices, but thus far no trading was reported. Indications were 61.5-62.5 cts delivered US Gulf.
