remains consistent as demand keeps pace with supply. While total organic consumer consumption for organic poultry, dairy, and eggs has likely remained stable, the OTA survey released earlier this year shows that non-price-adjusted consumption has grown over the last 12 months.

Part of the issue with the survey is that prices are included, so higher prices buoy sales. With organic egg prices tumbling with conventional eggs, sales will likely be reduced from the 1.2 billion reported by the OTA during their survey period unless volumes increase.
