2023 Biodiesel Imports Surpass Full-Year 2022

U.S. biodiesel imports reached a five-month high in June and, as projected last month, surpassed the yearly 2022 import total mid-way through 2023. Biodiesel exports also accelerated, revving to a three-month high and currently exceeding last year’s monthly export pace. Halfway through 2023, import activity is 127 percent above the 2022 pace and exports are 36 percent higher.
