July Renewable Fuel Blending Falls on Domestic Biodiesel and Renewable Diesel Weakness

July U.S. renewable fuel blending pulled back for a second consecutive month after reaching an all-time high of 1.81 billion gallons reached in May. July blending of 1.74 billion gallons was two percent below the 1.79 billion gallons blended in June, but 12.5 percent over the 1.54 billion blended during July 2022. Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) credit generation reached 1.98 billion RINs in July, 3.9 percent below June but 16 percent over June 2022.
