Organic corn imports are trending down in the US as end users take advantage of increased domestic supply.  Organic corn thrives in key growing regions of the country and organic acreage utilizing corn and soy rotations – or corn, soy, and small grains – are expected to increase in coming years.  USDA funding to facilitate the costly undertaking of organic transition – as well as steady demand – will help to accelerate growth.

The top three exporters of organic corn to US are represented below.  Argentina, Canada, and Romania have consistently exported organic corn to the US. The next most prolific exporters of the commodity have not exported organic corn to the US consistently.
