Grain and feed products were mixed through the week. While seasonal harvest pressure persists in driving prices down, there have been occasional interruptions in the bearish trend by strong export demand. On the other hand, the harvest season in the northern hemisphere is ending, and drought is currently threatening crops in several exporting countries. Market players are closely monitoring the possibility of a seasonal rebound in prices. In the DDGS market, there were minimal trades reported this week, which were lower in Illinois, Iowa, and Channahon, IL. Trading has been indicated as light as participants eagerly await more data on the expected crop size.
