The animal fat market remained quiet overall on Tuesday. Some tighter and slightly lower price ranges were heard on poultry fat, with values straddling the 40 cts/lb mark in most regions.

For distiller’s corn oil (DCO), five railcars traded down to 51.50 cts/lb delivered into Manly, Iowa for the nearby position. DCO traded in the mid-50 cts/lb FOB in the Midwest truck market on Monday afternoon.
