Just several weeks after reaching a marketing-year high, U.S. soybean oil exports for 2023/24 fell to a marketing-year low of 300 tonnes (MT) during the week ending December 14. This was down nine percent on the week and 59 percent from the four-week average, the USDA’s Weekly Export Report released on December 21 showed. The largest buyer was Canada (200 MT),

Over the same week, total net domestic soybean oil sales for the current marketing year were up sharply on the week to 3,100 MT for 2023/2024. The lone destination was Canada.
