Production remained firm in Australia with the national weekly cattle slaughter estimated by the MLA at 116,695 head this week, around four percent behind last week’s figure but still 12.25 percent above 2022 levels.

The market reported a Used Cooking Oil (UCO) trade delivered to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp (ARA) in ISO tanks at $890/mt. Buying interest for UCO delivered in flexi-tanks was heard at $840/mt CIF ARA.
