Bill Aims to Increase Biofuel Production in Iowa

U.S. Representatives Zach Nunn (Iowa) and Nikki Budzinski (Illinois) introduced bipartisan legislation in November 2023 designed to increase biofuel production in Iowa, according to a news release. The Agricultural Biorefinery Innovation and Opportunity (Ag BIO) Act would increase funding for loans to support innovation in the biofuels industry.
