As the implementation date for Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE) nears, questions continue to circulate in the organic feeds space.  Merchandisers and other market stakeholders we speak with are eager to learn more about what others are doing to prepare for SOE in March.  The answer to that question varies, but one thing does not: everyone is circumspect about the looming policy changes on the horizon.
