DCO Production Rises on Week, Year

Trading was very quiet again on Wednesday, with few price changes noted.  

On Wednesday. the EIA’s Weekly Petroleum Status Report showed U.S. ethanol production estimates for the week ending February 2 were up 42,000 barrels per day (b/d) to 1.033 million b/d. The Jacobsen estimates distiller’s corn oil (DCO) production for last week was just above 9.8 million pounds per day, increasing more than four percent from the week prior and up more than three percent on the year.
