The edible tallow price fell to 52 cents per lb Chicago basis on the afternoon of Tuesday April 30. Tallow trading was quiet outside of the edible tallow market.

Distillers’ corn oil prices went down to 38 cents per lb FOB Illinois/Wisconsin and to 44 cents per lb delivered US Gulf.

Bids throughout FOB markets were reported at 38 cents per lb, and delivered-Gulf bids were heard at 42 cents per lb and 43 cents per lb on Tuesday.
