Most grain prices on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange fell on Thursday July 18. The September wheat futures contract decreased by 4.00 cents per bushel, settling at $5.35 per bu, while August soybeans increased by 1.25 cents per bu, closing at $10.98 per bu.
Meanwhile, August soybean meal fell by $1.90 per short ton to $337.20 per ton, and September corn dropped by 6.75 cents per bu to $3.91 per bu.
Grain prices were mixed to end Thursday’s session. Strong export data boosted soybean prices, but corn and wheat faced minor losses following a round of technical selling.
