Fastmarkets’ research team forecast broiler slaughter at 167.75 million head in the week to Saturday July 27, higher by 1.25% from the corresponding period of 2023.

Over the next six weeks, broiler slaughter is expected to average 170.19 million head per week, up by 0.62% year on year, according to Fastmarkets’ research team.
