Prices in the international animal proteins market had limited price adjustments in the week to Thursday September 26. Several participants attended the Australian Renderers Association’s (ARA) 17th International Symposium in Brisbane, Australia, this past week.

Meat and Livestock Australia reported cattle slaughter at 140,192 head in the week to Friday September 20, down by 210 head week on week but up by 12,857 head year on year.
