Organic soybean prices have been mixed, but remain elevated. Prices are quoted near $20.60 in North Caroline picked up for imported (Argentinian) beans and at $600 per metric ton (16.35 per bushel) FOB India. Organic soybean meal is offered at $680 per metric at Sparrows Head (near Baltimore), customs cleared and on a truck, and near $780 per short ton in the mid-west. Organic soybean meal prices have dipped slightly offered near $595 per metric ton FOB India.

The harvest in India seems to be headed for a positive outlook which could put additional downward pressure on organic soybean and organic soybean meal prices.
