Feathermeal Remains Very Well Priced Versus Soybean Meal

Ruminant MBM traded higher again today as stronger soybean meal continues to lend strength to the market. The bean meal has pulled much of the animal protein complex higher, particularly in commodities where export demand can evacuate domestic supply. Feathermeal prices moved higher this week but have maintained a fairly steady relative price to soybean meal. Through today, the monthly average relative price of Mid-South feathermeal to nearby soybean meal is 90 percent, up 8/10th of a percent from August….
