Organic wheat prices remain subdued, and prices are hovering near organic corn prices. In some areas where there are cash basis discounts, organic wheat prices are below organic corn prices. This comes despite soft red winter wheat prices above $6 per bushel on the CME. Hi-protein organic wheat prices in Europe from the Black sea region are trading near 270-280 euros per metric ton. Lo protein wheat FOB the Baltics are trading near 245-euros per metric ton. Organic corn prices in Europe remain steady with organic corn from the black sea region (mainly Ukrain) trading near 230-240 per metric ton.
