November Biodiesel Imports at 7-Month High

** Notice** The Jacobsen will discontinue reporting various price points beginning in early January 2021. Regional biodiesel reporting as well as The Jacobsen B100 Index will be removed in favor of additional biodiesel and renewable diesel price points. Renewable Diesel (cents/gal) California LA will be eliminated along with Biodiesel LA CA dlvd ($/MT). International reporting will be adjusted to better reflect both the Renewable Diesel and Biodiesel Market.

Biodiesel Imports Move Higher, Exports Hit 10-Month Low

The US imported 24.2 million gallons of biodiesel during November while exporting 3.1 million gallons.  Imports were 28 percent over October, while exports declined 34 percent, according the US Census Bureau. 2020 Import volume is 190.9 million gallons and 22 percent over 2019 volume through the same 11-month time frame.
