20 years of lab experience between academia and the business world with degrees in molecular biology and biochemistry.  Undergraduate at Rutgers University and graduate school at the University of Miami.  After graduate school worked for a medical testing facility and worked my way up to technical supervisor over gas and liquid chromatography departments. gained experience with federal inspections and Quality Management Systems and LEAN/6-Sigma.
