A confirmed trade on 4 cars of technical tallow at $70/lb. Chicago was reported today. A continued weaker trend was noted on the yellow grease for several areas and some regions of the choice white grease witnessed pressure as well. Limited movement led to a steady call for several items, even with participants noting pressure due to accounts of freight hurdles for both the trucking lines and export ports. Three cars of renderer BFT traded steady at 69.5 Chicago. Sellers have been struggling with quality issues leaving a shortage of nearby, in-spec tonnage. 

Sellers continue to cut prices to attract additional demand for their products. Yellow grease prices were off again today and sellers are going to need to attract feed buyers back into the market.
