Non-GMO soybean prices have increased and are trading near $1.75 over the local cash price. Most non-GMO soybeans are sold through planting programs, and the non-GMO soybeans that are left are selling at a relatively elevated level. Non-GMO soybean meal is trading between $60 per short ton and $100 per short ton, depending on your destination.

The non-GMO soybean Feed and ingredient market is growing. Benson Hill released its financial results, and they showed revenues were $32.0 million, an increase of $3.8 million, or 13%. Revenues for the ingredients segment were $23.1 million, an increase of $5.9 million, or 34%.
