Organic soybean meal in Europe remains dear. Prices are quoted around €1,250-1300 per metric ton delivered for a Chinese meal. Chinese organic soybean meal is quoted near $980 per metric ton FOB. Organic soybean meals of Indian origin are more expensive and quoted closer to the €1,350 level. This figure compares to an Indian organic soybean meal quoted near $975 per metric ton FOB. Domestic organic soybean meal with EU origin is quoted between €1,350 and €1,400 per metric ton. Other proteins such as organic peas are trading near €600 per metric ton, while Fava beans are quoted slightly lower near €590 per metric ton.
