For the week, animal proteins were generally flat with several attending The Jacobsen Biofuels Conference and others not taking a market position until after the Memorial Day holiday. This left most values flat for the week with limited week-on-week adjustments. Unsettled tones were noted with several watching the CBOT volatility and witnessing declines on animal feed variants. Pressure on other animal feed items, such as DDGS and corn gluten meal, have been pressuring items even with limited inventory communicated.
