The Jacobsen/Fastmarkets 2023-2025 RVO Survey Results

The Jacobsen surveyed several market participants in the renewable energy space, from lobbyists to analysts. and owners to traders to ascertain market sentiment surrounding the yet-to-be finalized 2023-2025 RVOs due from the EPA next week. The survey was conducted after the EPA announcement that they were removing eRINs from the program.
As a refresher, here is what the proposed 2023-2025 looks like without eRINs included. There were no eRINs projected to be collected in the original 2023 RVO proposal.
