Offers are coming below the $440 level looking for bids, but few are ready to take on risk ahead of the third quarter. The decline comes despite better conventional prices in the mid-West. Organic corn prices in the mid-West remain steady, with growers reluctant to release their corn for lower levels. Due to dry, hot weather, higher conventional prices encourage organic feed and grain growers.
