Cattle Slaughter Forecast Higher into November

The overall market was fairly quiet to start the new month, but there were price changes from action confirmed late on Friday, both higher and lower. UCO into the Gulf was done in range of 59.5 – 60 cts/lb delivered, but California trading was higher. While California trading was higher, it lower than the last, unconfirmed report of trading in the “upper 60’s delivered.”
Tallow traded lower into the Gulf market and there were buyers looking for BFT into/through the Chicago market, but no trading was reported as of press time.
