Global demand for organic feed grains is growing reliably based on emerging trade flows. European exports of organic corn are in flux, as geopolitical tensions have threatened to derail them, along with large volumes of conventional grain. Despite added challenges, Russia and Ukraine have continued to export vast amounts of grain, including organic corn and soybeans.

Russia shipped 32,175 mt of organic soybeans to the U.S. last year, a record volume. A major increase came in 2021 when organic soybean exports to the U.S. increased 638 percent above 2020 volumes.
