Three cars of renderer BFT traded down to 59 cts/lb Chicago today, following the lower trading for packer BFT in the Chicago market and on lower tallow prices into the US Gulf. Technical tallow traded down to 64 cts/lb Chicago.

Distiller’s corn oil (DCO) trading was quiet today, bids were indicated lower into the Gulf market, and FOB suggestions for the nearby market ranged from 50 – 60 cts/lb.

Choice white grease (CWG) continued to trade in the spot market today with a wide range reported, 50 – 56 cts/lb Chicago. The bulk of action this week has been around 52-53 cts/lb, but there have been multiple trucks trading above our minimum threshold for reporting at 55 and 56 cts/lb.
