Nearby Supply Continues to Weigh on CWG Spot Market

The market was fairly quiet on Monday, but choice white grease (CWG) did trade lower out of the Mo. River market. Heavy spot volume continues to weigh on the nearby market with December shipment material selling at the lower prices.

Used cooking oil (UCO) was lower into the Gulf market for December and January arrival. The lower UCO trading did push bids for yellow grease lower, but there was no confirmed trading as of press time.
