Most CME grain prices showed a downward trend on Thursday. March wheat was unchanged at $5.83/bu. March soybeans decreased $0.13 and settled at $11.47/bu. Additionally, March soymeal dropped $7.10 and closed at $334.90/st, while March corn fell $0.05 to $4.06/bu. Corn prices ended the day with losses, mainly due to expectations of a large South American harvest and rising stockpiles in the U.S. at a time of uncertain demand. Additionally, soybean prices closed with double-digit losses following another round of technical selling.
