Corn, Soybean and Wheat Futures Overview

CME grain prices were mixed on Tuesday. March wheat increased by $0.0875, closing at $5.86/bu while March soybeans dropped $0.0475, settling at $11.31/bu. In addition, March soymeal dropped $6.60 to $327.80/st, but March corn rose $0.0125 to $4.08/bu. Wheat prices showed significant improvement due to another round of short-covering and technical buying, while soybean prices were unable to hold onto any gains and closed with minor losses. Corn prices finished slightly higher after a round of technical buying.
