Poultry proteins fall ahead of holiday break

Trading in poultry proteins was quiet on Friday May 24 to close out the week, with many market participants already out of their offices ahead of a long holiday weekend.

Soybean meal prices were higher on the Chicago Board of Trade, up by $9 per ton as of 12:30pm CT.
