DCO, CWG prices edge higher amid active demand

The US market for animal fats and waste oils was fairly quiet on Tuesday June 11 following a spurt of trading on Monday June 10.

Choice white grease prices continued to edge higher, with trading into the Missouri River done as high as 43-43.50 cents per lb on Tuesday. 

For distillers’ corn oil (DCO), higher indications were heard out of the Missouri River and Nebraska/Kansas markets on an FOB basis. Prices were reported in a range of 44-46 cents per lb in both regions.
