Airline JetBlue signs MoU with Aether Fuels for SAF supply

US-based airline JetBluehas signed a Memorandum of Understanding with sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) startup Aether Fuels to purchase fuel once production begins at scale, it announced on Monday September 23.

Aether Fuels produces SAF via the Fischer-Tropsch process. The company has created three new catalysts that allow a variety of feedstocks to be used, it said, from municipal solid waste to captured carbon dioxide.
