US animal protein prices were steady to higher on Tuesday November 19.

Fastmarkets assessed meat and bonemeal, ruminant, Missouri River at $250-320 per short ton, steady day on day. Trades at $375 per ton were reported but could not be confirmed as of press time.

Fastmarkets assessed meat and bonemeal, ruminant, Texas Panhandle at $290-320 per short ton, widening upward from Monday’s range of $290-310 per ton. Trades at $375 per ton were reported but could not be confirmed as of press time.

Fastmarkets assessed bloodmeal, porcine, Missouri River at $950-1,000 per short ton, narrowing upward from Monday’s range of $900-1,000 per ton. Active demand was reported from multiple market participants for both Monday and Tuesday.
