Australian bloodmeal, poultry by-product petfood grade prices rise

The Australian animal proteins market was mixed for the week to Thursday January 23, while New Zealand, China and Indonesia’s markets were flat on the week.

Fastmarkets assessed the weekly price of bloodmeal, 80 pro, delivered, Australia at A$1,300-1,360 ($871-911) per tonne on Thursday, up from A$1,175-1,215 tonne the previous week.

Fastmarkets assessed the weekly price of feathermeal, 80 pro, delivered, Australia at A$990-1,010 per tonne on Thursday, down from $1,070-1,090 tonne the week prior.
